This course centers on detailed execution of pistol marksmanship fundamentals. These core skills are universal requirements for any shooter to improve their capabilities with their chosen or assigned pistol. Weapons proficiency in a tactical context demands repeatable, disciplined execution of these core skills.
All Northern Red marksmanship courses begin with a diagnostic that establishes each individual student’s baseline capability. The training progressively develops critical skills within the context of the standards that armed professionals adhere to. Pistol proficiency demands a disciplined focus on core skills, which can be further developed and refined with subsequent attendance at Northern Red’s Gunfighter Pistol course.
