What is your cancellation policy?
Northern Red takes great pride in providing the finest products to our clients. The process of delivering world-class instruction requires months of detailed logistical planning and administrative preparation which is reflected in the below refund policy.
Up to 90 Days Before a Course: 100% refund less a 4% administrative fee.
Less than 90 Days Before a Course: Non-refundable.
If a registration error (e.g., too many slots, wrong class) is made, refund requests within 48 hours of registering will be 100% refunded the 4% administrative fee will be waived.
Can I put down a 50% deposit?
No. Much like an airline ticket you are holding a slot in a class that someone else cannot occupy.
What are the prerequisites to attending a Northern Red course?
You must be a United States citizen and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws as they pertain to firearms.
Do you require specific ammunition or weapon systems?
No. However, COF/POI will not be modified for your specific weapon system. It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of and in compliance with host state firearms laws.
What is the difference between a 2 day and 3 day course?
The number of repetitions in each block of instruction; the three day will present significantly more information, with more topics covered.
Who will the instructor be for my class?
Due to high demand, instructors are not assigned to specific classes earlier than 2 weeks out and are slotted based on workflow. All NR cadre are Subject Matter Experts in the subject presented and all POI’s are delivered consistently.
I am a retired/separated veteran or civilian contractor/DOD, can I attend the MIL/LE course?
No. You must be active duty military or law enforcement. This constraint is required by host agency and is not at the discretion of Northern Red.
Where can I buy a shirt/patch?
We do not currently sell shirts or other merchandise. Stay posted for updates.
